Okay, I know I'm going to slap my head and let out a "Duh!" when you answer this... But what does "FOO" mean? I'm guessing it has something do to with "Fan-Something-Something," and stems from the fact that Sally Forth never quite looked like that in the comics (!), but I can't suss it out and it's driving me nuts, so I've just gotta ask...
